Skills : Possess relevant technical certification or equivalent experience on network technologies.  Good working experience on Telecom infrastructure technologies, e.g. LAN, WAN, Firewall, etc. Good verbal and written communication skills  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook  Ability to work within a team environment Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to complete and organize project documents and tasks Exposure to different work cultures in Americas, EMEA and APJ. Work experience in a virtual team environment
