EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Freshers

CANDIDATE PROFILE:  Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources, 0-3 years experience, or equivalent HR qualification desirable. Experience of providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an HR Shared Service or operational environment. Good skill in MIS & Preparing presentation Good PC skills including MS Office and HR software packages (ideally PeopleSoft). Proven experience creating high-quality documentation and maintaining accurate records and systems. Ideally good written and spoken English.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  May research complex issues related to employee benefits and consult with vendors to achieve problem resolution. Administrative support for filling payroll & Statutory related documents. Collecting & follow up with employees for documents, if required for Payroll purpose or giving benefits to employees. Keep a track of all documents couriered send & received for any purpose and inform to seniors. Will become back-up of payroll team member in his absence. Will keep a track of Invoices submitted to Finance and its payment status. Researches issues and may forward escalated issues to higher levels.
